Current application-controlled storage

The ORQANTA application currently sets no cookies and writes nothing to localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, a service-worker cache, or another persistent browser store. The product-needs invitation keeps its dismissed state only in volatile JavaScript memory for the current application runtime. That anonymous boolean is not written to the device, connected to identity, reused across browser sessions, or used for analytics.

Strictly necessary platform storage

The owner-only hosting and access-control platform may set strictly necessary cookies or equivalent identifiers to authenticate the owner, maintain security, prevent abuse, and deliver the site. The provider is OpenAI and its hosting/access systems; the precise name and lifetime are controlled by that platform. These items provide the access and security service requested by the authorised visitor and are not used by ORQANTA for advertising or analytics.

Contact form and server-side records

The form checks endpoint readiness with a same-origin request. Its form-start time and duplicate-prevention key exist in volatile page memory and are discarded when the page or application runtime ends; they are not browser storage. If secure delivery is later enabled, the server may hold short-lived keyed metadata in D1 as described in the Privacy Notice. Server-side records are not cookies or terminal storage.

No consent-based tracking

No optional analytics, advertising, social tracking, market-research, session replay, or cross-site profiling category is enabled. ORQANTA therefore does not add a consent banner or third-party consent platform for technologies the site does not use.

Browser controls

Visitors can remove or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary access or authentication storage may make the private site unavailable.

Future consent gate

Adding analytics, advertising, session replay, conversion pixels, social tracking, market research, or non-essential browser storage requires a new privacy assessment and updated notice before deployment. The non-essential resource must not be downloaded, executed, or allowed to write storage before a valid purpose-specific choice. Each purpose must be off by default; rejecting must be as easy as accepting, and withdrawing must be as easy as giving consent. This is a release gate, not a statement that such tools are planned.
