Brand marks / Trademark notice

LANTU TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ owns the relevant rights, applications, and claims in the ORQANTA wordmark and ancient-character-inspired symbol. The two marks are the subjects of separate pending applications. Each is identified separately with ™ in brand-display uses. The ™ symbol identifies a trademark claim; it does not represent a completed registration. No registered-trademark symbol is used, and no claim is made that either mark is registered in any jurisdiction.

Unauthorised copying, imitation, confusing use, false claims of affiliation, bad-faith domain or account registrations, or trademark squatting may infringe or damage LANTU's rights. Subject to applicable law and the facts, LANTU may seek proportionate administrative or judicial remedies, including opposition, cancellation or invalidity proceedings, takedown, or injunctive relief. This notice does not predict an outcome or restrict lawful reference, commentary, comparison, or other use permitted by law.

Website operator

The legal operator of this website and the ORQANTA product brand is LANTU TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, registered at MERKEZ MAH. ABİDE-İ HÜRRİYET CAD. ORQANTA is the customer-facing product and brand, not a separate incorporated legal entity. The trademark position is limited to the separate pending wordmark and symbol applications described above.

ETBİS applicability decision

This version provides information and keeps server-side inquiry and product-needs delivery disabled until its release gates are complete. Even when that private contact path is enabled, it will not accept online orders, subscriptions, payments, or conclude an electronic service contract. On that verified configuration, the site is not currently carrying on electronic-commerce or intermediary activity requiring an ETBİS site registration. Enabling an online order, payment, subscription, or electronic contracting flow is a release gate that requires a new ETBİS assessment and, where applicable, registration before that activity starts.

Before enabling online contracting, orders, subscriptions, or payments, the operator must obtain a Türkiye-specific professional assessment of the applicable KEP, contact-number, MERSİS-display, ETBİS, consumer-law, and related disclosure requirements. This notice does not claim that every e-commerce or company-website obligation is currently applicable or fully satisfied.

Contact and formal notices

The published contact candidate is info@lantu.global; its reliable receipt and routing must be verified before production collection is enabled. Use the subject “ORQANTA privacy request” for privacy rights, “ORQANTA security report” for a suspected website security issue, and “Copyright complaint” for a copyright notice. Contract or service notices must follow any separate signed agreement that applies.

Product claims

The site describes a proposed product direction and development principles. Illustrative interfaces do not prove production availability, certification, customer adoption, or measured performance.
