ORQANTA protects its original brand, software, documentation, interfaces, and confidential know-how through the combination of law, contracts, evidence, and technical controls.

LANTU TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is the legal operator of the ORQANTA website and owns or licenses the protected assets described here to the extent established by applicable law and written agreements.
Access to this website does not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, adapt, train on, commercialise, or redistribute protected material.
Protected assets
The ORQANTA name, symbol, wordmark, website copy, visual system, interface designs, documentation, source code, and other original material are owned by or licensed to the website operator to the extent stated by applicable law and the relevant written agreements.
Restricted conduct
You may not systematically extract content, circumvent safeguards, reverse engineer protected services, use the site or its outputs to reproduce a competing service, or use protected material to train or improve a competing model except where mandatory law expressly permits the activity.
Confidential and trade-secret material
Non-public source code, system prompts, model-routing logic, evaluation sets, security controls, deployment methods, pricing, customer information, roadmaps, and internal workflows may constitute confidential information or trade secrets.
Brand marks / Trademark notice
LANTU TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ owns the relevant rights, applications, and claims in the ORQANTA wordmark and ancient-character-inspired symbol. The two marks are subject to separate pending applications and are marked separately with ™ in brand-display uses. The symbol identifies a trademark claim; it does not mean either mark is registered. No registered-trademark symbol is used, and no claim is made that either mark is registered in every or any jurisdiction.
Unauthorised copying, imitation, confusing use, false claims of affiliation, bad-faith domain or account registrations, or trademark squatting may infringe or damage LANTU's rights. Subject to applicable law and the facts, LANTU may seek proportionate administrative or judicial remedies, including opposition, cancellation or invalidity proceedings, takedown, or injunctive relief. This notice does not predict an outcome or restrict lawful reference, commentary, comparison, or other use permitted by law.
Copyright and evidence boundaries
A copyright registration for one ORQANTA humanoid visual work does not establish ownership of every ORQANTA mark, interface, or software asset. Each asset maintains its own authorship, assignment, licence, and evidence chain.
