These terms are issued by LANTU TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the legal operator of this website and the ORQANTA product brand. ORQANTA is not a separate legal entity.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful evaluation and communication. You may not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, extract protected content at scale, introduce malicious code, misrepresent affiliation, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Intellectual property

Changes, governing law, and forum

These website terms may change as the site develops. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Where legally permitted, the competent courts and enforcement authorities of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection, conflict-of-law, or forum rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a signed customer agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the contracted service.
